Working in a group with NATS as our live client, we had to make research on their actual graduate induction program, analyse different areas of internal communication (leadership, motivation, personality and roles in groups, conflicts and organisational culture) and think about new ideas of activity and tangible elements to add in the graduate induction program. I was in charge of the organisational culture part.
